Hello family,
I have finally resurfaced..this past week has taken me on a roller coaster ride through hell and back. Thursday June 25th, 2009 will stick out in my mind forever. Life hit us with a two-piece...Farrah and Michael.
I can't bring myself to discuss much else besides this, and even though its not purse related its my website and I'm having a moment!
There will be a blog dedicated to Michael, but for now, my focus is Farrah....
I would say close to 20 years ago when I spent my summers at home with my grandmother, I became and avid watcher of Charlie's Angels. Instantly my favorite Angel was Farrah Fawcett. She stood out because she was the only blonde and because the camera was so fond of her.

Every teenage girl posing with her friends always instinctively did the Charlie's Angel pose.
The Burning Bed became a picture of empowerment for women in situations similiar. I'm sure it made some men straighten up and fly right as well!
Her poster still remains one of the most famous and suprisingly rather UNREVEALING posters of a woman in a bathing suit.
Have we discussed hair? Farrah's infamous hairstyle has transcended decades; it can be seen right now in the malls, the clubs, television, the runway, but none could get it quite like her. I can tell you now, I havent perfected it but it is not from lack of trying. I'm to the point where I just need to get a Farrah WIG!
Farrah fought until the end..and allowed us to share in her last days..its hard to watch but it gives us comfort in knowing that she was aware and taking on the terrible disease called cancer head on...
Fashionable Farrah...Flawless Farrah...Fighting Farrah...Fearless Farrah...

R.I.P. Angel

As much as it hurts to know she is no longer physically here, I am grateful God has made her free of pain.
